Marta Bradshaw has two children with disabilities.  Her son has Autism and her daughter is multiply disabled with Autism, Epilepsy, Developmental and Cognitive Delays.  She began her Waiver writing career by writing theirs.  Seven years later she decided she enjoyed passing on her knowledge and assistance to other families.

Working with disabilities did not start with her children.  Marta went to Western Illinois University graduating with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Following graduation she worked with a variety of populations and settings.  She has worked in a Nursing Home, Hospitals on Adolescent and Adult Mental Health/Chemical Dependency units, and in a Residential Facility.

Marta became certified by the Minnesota Department of Human Services in August of 2015.
